About Delivery Fast

Our Story

Delivery Fast has been incorporated in 2024 with a broaden vision of providing delivery services which is known as Courier & Logistics Service. The expertise of this company has expanded its delivery network across the country where the urge is important with a strong IT infrastructure.

For providing the best services to the customer, the company facilitates 2 branch offices in Dhaka one at Tejgaon I/A, and another at Banani. In addition, setup hub offices at important areas of Bangladesh. Delivery Fast currently serves around 64 District along with Thana areas with own Hub, franchisees, agents and Retailers.

Our Services

Delivery Fast has introduced online tracking facility & rider apps for smooth service whatever the delivery location in remote area. This is an innovative concept that enables us to ship and track documents and packages quickly and efficiently. Through this, customer gets on line information of its delivery status by visiting its 24/7 updated tracking service. To provide this support, Delivery Fast has an expert IT Department. Delivery Fast has now proved itself as nationwide Delivery Service. Every Delivery Fast personnel are trained on his activities at our in-house training centre.

In addition to normal courier, Delivery Fast provides prompt services like same day, next day morning service (24:00 hrs service) and regular service etc.

Founder & CEO

Md. Tazul Islam, Founder & CEO of Delivery Fast, has been involved in this industry since his student life in the 90s. With long work experience in the same industry in different units/departments, he has been closely involved with this industry for 26 years. He started a defunct company with 11 employees and transformed it into a company with 350 employees.

S M Abdullah, DGM Outbound Operations of Delivery Fast, has been involved with the courier industry since 1992 and has long experience with renowned courier companies in Bangladesh.

Functional Strategy

Distribute the documents/parcel of various National & Multinational companies that will establish Delivery Fast Courier as a reliable brand to other companies and general clients. In addition, target to achieve online products delivery sectors as this is the rising sector.

Major Strengths

  • Company has well-trained field staffs (Rider) for delivery of different types of documents/Parcels all over the country including the rural areas.
  • Company has updated software which is called courier management system to track the delivery status for long time with scanned POD.
  • Company staffs can easily accommodate with any changes of the services instructed by the customers.
  • The company has a big working force controlled by the central office for most of the area. For a very small area, company depends on the local Francizes.

Qualification & Experience of Riders

  • Riders are recruited through News Paper/wall Advertisements and also some are staffs current reference.
  • Minimum qualification is SSC pass and able to read English addresses properly.
  • Educational qualification is overlooked if he has suitable experience in the field.
  • Address verification (Both present and permanent) of New Riders are mandatory.
  • The Riders those who don’t have any previous experience are sent to the field with the supervisors for field training for a week.
  • New Riders are provided 2 days training regarding the behavior with the customers.

Operational Tools

100% employees are used Smart Phones and Riders have own bicycles & Motor bike for regular & special delivery. As per required we use private car, covered van and freezer van for perishable item like birth day cake.

Current Reporting & Consignment Tracking System

For tracking we have software application and we provided merchant panel to our corporate clients. Other then we provide MIS with excel as per item & batch wise to our corporate clients. Right now, we ensure delivery of documents/parcel (90%) within 1-2 working day at the City Areas and 3/4 working days for other areas. MIS file contained the Receiver's Name, Relation, Date & Time of Delivery in the soft copy against each Account /Reference Number. We send one-day delivery report with MS Excel or customer required option over the e-mail to concern unit of our valued clients in the next morning and send the final status after the delivery in other areas including remote areas within the SLA. We have a team for return documents verification. If the return reason is not satisfactory then the document is again sent for further verification. All branch offices send the delivery report through email just after the delivery in their area. Some Riders use Apps to update the delivery status. On emergency we can provide Scanned POD copy as per customer requirements.

Key Account Management

For every corporate client we have dedicated Accounts Manager. For some clients based on the work volume we have 2-3 Accounts Manager. He looks after all service-related issues of that clients. Make a bridge between the organization and the service staffs of Deliver Fast.

Query Handling & Response Time

  • Query Management Activities within 24 hours all over the country.
  • Receiving the queries from customers through E-mail and Telephone.
  • Calling the customer to inform the delivery status.
  • Send messengers lead by supervisor with POD to the customer’s address.
  • Come back and report to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Customer Care Manager calls the subscriber to know the fact.
  • Final report to customer Organization.

Respond to Any Emergency Support to Customer

For emergency support we have always people to support. If necessary, our management staff also moves to the field. We always provide emergency support for delivering / collection/query handling. If the support requires in other district we send staff from the nearest branch office. For urgent or same day delivery to other divisional city we send the documents by Air.

Monitoring Outside Dhaka

We have regular correspondences and strong monitoring on all the Branch Offices of our company all over the country. We collect regular delivery status from the branches. If we find any problem regarding quality of delivery or delay in delivery or delay in report submission, we immediately send management personnel from the Head Office to the concerned Branch Office to solve the issue. Most of our branch offices have IT set up and they update the delivery status through Rider Apps every day. Our management staffs regularly meet online with the messengers of Branch Offices for immediate action. Messengers are also called to head office if there is any kind of discrepancy in delivery process.
